I believe that interaction designers have a crucial responsibility in ensuring that everyone understands their designs. This involves creating user interfaces that are intuitive and engaging and incorporate different user needs. Understand and address the diverse needs and challenges of different user groups, including people with disabilities, and people of different ages and cultural backgrounds. By prioritizing accessibility, interaction designers can create products that are not only ethical but also reach a wider audience. This approach is consistent with the principles of universal design and aims to maximize the accessibility of products to everyone. Essentially, as UX designers, we have the power to shape how people interact with technology, and it is our responsibility to ensure that these interactions are as inclusive and accessible as possible.
