She is currently working as the Principal Design Director of Outlook, leading the team with the injection of her own vision and strategic insights.
One of the huge driven forces in Tasha’s career is her passion for elevating the influence of women leaders within the design industry. She co-founded Womxn in Design at Microsoft with Christina Koehn. The group aims to empower women by supporting professional growth, celebrating achievements, and cultivating relationships within and beyond the design community. Tasha sees the lack of gender diversity in the tech industry and the major opportunity cost it carries. She hosted several talks that address specific issues and how exactly people should take the action in order to spark the change. Womxn in Design creates awareness of gender-related issues and elevates the influence of womxn leaders in design within Microsoft and the tech industry.
