Final Cut Pro

Final Cut Pro is software that a lot of video editors who are Mac users used today. A lot of people chose to use it because it creates a much simple, clean, smooth, and faster experience compare to Adobe Premiere Pro.

Back in 1998, Macromedia had hired Randy Ubillos’ group to create digital video editing software called ”KeyGrip”. However, the design of “KeyGrip doesn’t fit business company was working on, so they plan to sought the product and changed the name to “Final Cut.” Soon, the first version of “Final Cut” had released and Apple continue to developed it and named it “Final Cut Pro”. In the next few years, Apple keep include a lot of new features and new application to create the more powerful experience for their user, on a different version of “Final Cut Pro.”

Then, in 2011, “Final Cut Pro” was renamed to “Final Cut Pro X,” and a new interface had been released. It includes more direct and clear interaction on the timeline and adding effect, the design style also fit OS X at the time.

And in 2016, New interface design of “Final Cut Pro X” had released. Everything getting cleaner, and flat, just try to fit the style at the time. And the way to import file, change color temperature are even getting more smooth and direct. And a lot of new features that rely on improvement of the Apple ecosystem had added into it.

In the previous time, the way Final Cut Pro was sealed trough CD, and Unser had to install by their self. However now, the user can just directly buy it on the App Store and install it without connect to any other accessories which is much convenient.
