Even though Google Chrome only has 12 years of history, it has become one of the most well-known web browser software in the world. Google Chrome first debuted in 2008 and it was designed for Microsoft Windows.
Larry Page and Sergey Brin are the founders of the Google company, in other words, they are the people who started the project of developing Google Chrome. Irene Au joined Google and worked as the head of user experience two years before Google Chrome released.
The Google Chrome 2008 version is not as visually appealing as the Google Chrome we see now. The early Google Chrome doesn’t have a Google apps folder which contains tools such as Google Drive on the top right corner. You can also see there are two distractive entries “Advertising Progress” and “Business Solutions” on the bottom of the page, they were removed in the later version.
We can see a lot of new features on Google Chrome over the years. The Google Chrome we see now is more customizable, clean, tranquil, and minimalistic. Obviously, Google has decided to go further in this fashion.

Chrome became better than in the past defo. Tho I sometimes find the shortcuts below the search bar irritating as it kinda expose myself to Google.
