I believe everyone is new to face these challenges which are having class online; a traditional face-to-face learning environment usually involves students, the instructor, and the learning materials. But in an online learning environment, four kinds of interaction that can occur when learning takes place via the Internet: (1) learner-content, (2) learner-instructor, (3 learner-learner, and (4) learner- interface interactions.
To do well in such a challenging situation will require us to be familiar with the interface of the tool; this is a requirement above that of a traditional form of learning.
TEI model proves the fact that learning in an online environment is very complex and challenging. It shows that we need to communicate with each other by using tools. And we need to deal with the relationship between each part of TEI model so that we can get the best user experience by learning and teaching online.
