What’s interesting about interaction design is that the design itself is very simple. It doesn’t contain too many stories. The ultimate goal of design is to define and solve problems and provide a better life for humans. Communication can soon be a design and it is interesting to think of it and create something new for someone’s convenience. Since the direction, design method and perspective of the product developing as a designer vary from person to person, it seems important to constantly share and respect each other’s thoughts and results, and sometimes to see and feel the method. In short, design is communication. So the more important question before we decide how to apply it to the design is why. I think design starts with a question because it tries to solve the problem. The first step in solving the problem is to communicate with empathy and understanding.

I like how you take the intention towards what’s often neglected. Good summary and hope you can take it on into your design processes.
